Chronicles Of Kanna

As the name suggests, rather than a full-on story, this category has many posts that are only chronicles from the life of Kanna. Usually the posts come from my personal thoughts, emotions and experiences, but occasionally they are simply fantasies mixed in among the truth. Joy, sorrow, despair, betrayal, hope and love become entwined with the bitter sense of reality, narrated from a third person perspective. Follow the journey of the wandering butterfly as she finds her wings to the future…

ひみつ に します か (Can You Keep a Secret)

This story is actually the plans for a storyline that I plan to make into a Manga in collaboration with one of my friends.

Yuko Hayashi is a responsible and helpful member of her school’s student council. In fact she finds it nearly impossible to resist helping someone who asks her to help. However at times that help comes at a cost. Aside from being a student council member, she is also the publisher of the school newspaper which features a gossip section that is longer than the actual news articles!

After a late after school student council meeting one evening, Yuko encounters a student in her grade, Toshio, keeled over in pain in the middle of the hallway. Without a second thought she approaches him to see his situation, and then tries to rush off and find the school nurse to help him. At the mention of calling for help, Toshio obstinately refuses to allow Yuko to do so. She finds out that Toshio is the host of a strange curse that is killing him from the inside. What’s more, if too many people find out about his curse, the person closest to him will die. The news reporter within Yuko is itching to escape, but with such high circumstances the question remains: can she keep the secret?

Tale In The Moonlight

The moon shone high in the velvet sky on the night of their fated meeting. She is the heiress to her father’s multi-millionaire estate who has never spent more than half an hour without the company of one of her caretakers. In contrast to her, he is the proud and slightly egotistical civilian boy who lives at the edge of her estate.

Will he be able to set her free and let her experience the real world with her own two eyes, or will the obstacles that stand in their way be too great to overcome?
